# Checkbox

Single checkbox for boolean values.

## Basic Usage

use Laravilt\Forms\Components\Checkbox;

Checkbox::make('is_active')
    ->label('Active');
```

## Agreement Checkbox

```php

use Laravilt\Forms\Components\Checkbox;

Checkbox::make('terms_accepted')

```

## Default Value
